CIMA's Fiesta de Brunch is a brand-new Sunday brunch experience at CIMA Rooftop Bar, combining vibrant Mexican flavors with classic Dutch favorites. Guests are welcomed with a Cointreau Spritz before enjoying a brunch platter featuring Birria Chilaquiles, eggs cooked to their preference, a Gouda quesadilla, a selection of four signature salsas, and a traditional Dutch pancake topped with dulce de leche and fresh berries. Served every Sunday from 12 to 2 PM. The brunch offers a relaxed afternoon with great food, music, and panoramic views over Amsterdam for €35 per person.
